Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Delivery within Switzerland usually takes between 2 and 7 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on demand, location, or external factors beyond our control.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before completing your order. ELORA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
